By making a purchase you are demonstrating a clear understanding that we are selling these products as containing full-spectrum CBD (cannabidiol) from hemp oil. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease; always check with your physician before starting a new dietary supplement program. We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits for products containing CBD (cannabidiol). If you decide to purchase our products, you are purchasing these products with the understanding of the present status of CBD (cannabidiol) products.
Please email [email protected] if there are any issues with the product you received and we are more than happy to speak with you. If you are still wanting to return your unopened product, please see below what is considered an acceptable return and our Returns Process.
**Please also note that we do not have a money back guarantee, as CBD does affect everyone differently. We are not able to accept back any product that has been opened or used**
RETURN POLICIES ARE BASED ON THE CATEGORY:
Lozenges
- Due to the nature of edible products, no returns will be honored for lozenges.
Topicals
- If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, notify us within 14 calendar days of purchase via email at [email protected] for a full refund. We will follow up with instructions on how to return the container and the remaining product. No refunds on shipping fees. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- There is a 20% restocking fee
Accessories
- No returns will be honored for rolling paper products.
Digital Journals
- No returns will be honored for digital products.
Hardcopy Journals
- If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, notify us within 14 calendar days of purchase via email at [email protected] for a full refund. We will follow up with instructions on how to return the unused journal. No refunds on shipping fees. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. No returns on journals that have any writing or markings.

Additional Information
No RMA is needed and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you have any questions about whether your product is eligible for Returns, please feel free to email us.
Returns Process
Email us at [email protected] ASAP to alert us that you will be returning your incorrect order or journal within the applicable time limit and to request the Return Shipping Address. As noted above, we do not allow returns on lozenges or digital journals as they cannot be resold once custom labels have been applied.
Once you have shipped your product back to us – please also email the tracking number to [email protected] so we can keep an eye out for it.
Once we receive your package back at our facility and can confirm it’s condition, we will then issue a refund for the product less a 20% restocking fee, and email you a confirmation. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to post to your statement.
